 So what is exactly is a " Bombshell" ? It has to do with more than looks...it is about your inner beauty most of all...Sheri explains in the video above! :)

 A special " Surprise" judge will narrow the down the entries ( at a date yet to be disclosed) to five finalists and we will post those photos and stories on www.BillyCharlesNY.com and the viewers/readers will pick the winner by complimenting the finalists through comments on this blog and also on Sheri's above contest video which is also posted on You Tube.
